Calx Group manufactures galvanised steel sign posts in Melbourne for car parks, industrial estates, councils, schools and construction sites. Fixing options and finishes
Posts are supplied hot dip galvanised for long outdoor life and can be powder coated to a nominated colour on request. Choose in-ground installation, where the post is concreted into a footing, or a bolt down base plate for existing slabs and suspended decks. Anchors are available from our fixings range, including concrete anchor screws and asphalt anchors.
Signage as part of car park compliance
A compliant bay needs more than a sign. Accessible parking normally combines a sign post with a shared zone disabled parking bollard, a wheel stop at the head of the bay and tactile ground surface indicators at the pedestrian threshold. Traffic control and speed signage is often installed with rubber or steel speed humps and convex mirrors at blind corners.
