Bollard Caps Melbourne

Bollard caps finish the top of a steel bollard, keep water out of the post and improve the look of a car park or shopfront. Calx Group manufactures and stocks bollard caps in Melbourne to suit every size in our range, so replacement tops for existing posts are usually available off the shelf.

Sizes and styles

Caps are made to suit 90mm, 114mm, 140mm and 168mm outside diameter bollards. Choose domed, flat top or ring style caps in hot dip galvanised, powder coated safety yellow, black or 304 stainless steel. Square profile caps are available for square base plate bollards. If you are unsure of your diameter, measure the outside of the post rather than the internal bore and we will match it.

Caps are supplied fitted or loose with any order from our Melbourne bollard range. How do bollard caps attach? Most are a press or friction fit sized to the post, and can be tack welded or adhesive fixed in high traffic or public locations to deter removal.

Do you sell caps separately from bollards? Yes. Caps are sold individually and in bulk packs for maintenance stock.

Can I get stainless caps on galvanised posts? Yes, although we suggest isolating dissimilar metals in coastal or wash down areas to limit galvanic corrosion.
